Fiddleford Mushrooms

At Fiddleford raw materials are sourced from composters who use wheat straw and farmyard manure, both by-products of other agricultural processes. Casing soil which contains peat is derived from approved peat bogs and contains substitute material in the form of coal tailings which reduce peat content. Growing rooms are modern, efficient, well insulated and controlled by energy efficient systems. Energy usage is managed through a whole farm policy, which has seen energy use drop year on year. Pesticide use is shunned and instead excellent cleaning and hygiene regimes are practiced in order to keep produce and run off water 100% wholesome.

Fiddleford Mushrooms are good for you and good for your world.
