Fiddleford Mushrooms produces clean, white closed cup mushrooms that are free from dirt, bruising or disease. Picking staff are trained to exceptionally high standards to prevent damage during picking and then post harvest care takes place in high humidity chillers which prevent moisture loss and therefore keep mushrooms fresh and firm.

Local sales are targeted in order to keep food miles down and typically, mushrooms grown at Fiddleford are on customer shelves within 24 hours of being picked.
